Welcome to Lake Pines Farm in Upstate NY.
My love of horses began when I went to a horseback riding camp through Girl Scouts when
I was 11. I have always owned a horse since then. In 1993 I started my love of Arabian Horses with the creation of Congressional Farm
Arabians with my first husband, the late Buddy Salisbury.
After going our separate ways I began my own farm - On My Own Arabians,
which then changed to Lake Pines Farm with the arrival of my triplets in 2005. The Arabian page on this site features some of the
lovely animals I have been fortunate to breed, raise and show.
In 2015 I was blessed to marry again and relocated to Mexico, NY. As
a result of this union, my step-son, Kevin, began his love of the equine industry, attended Cazenovia College for Equine business
and has started his own training and boarding facility of full-sized horses called Schenck Show Horses right across the street. In
late 2018 I made the decision to begin downsizing my Arabian program and I purchased my first two AMHR miniature horses which has
unleashed a new passion. The following pages highlight some of our beautiful AMHR and ASPC horses
along with a sale page. We hope
